While all Investment Team members are generalists, Christina brings depth of knowledge and experience in the Consumer sector from her time at Sands Capital.

Biography

Christina Clark, MBA, is a Research Analyst on the Investment Team. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clark received her MBA from Columbia Business School (2020). Ms. Clark spent five years on the investment research team at Sands Capital Management, a concentrated growth equity investment manager with over $40 billion in assets under management. Ms. Clark first joined the Sands Investment Team in 2012 as a Research Associate Intern on the Global Life Sciences Sector Team when Mr. Ricketts was Sector Head. She subsequently joined the Global Consumer Sector Team as a Research Associate (2013-2015) and was later promoted to Senior Research Associate (2016-2018). In this role, she conducted in-depth fundamental research on a number of consumer businesses, from idea generation and research to vetting investment ideas with the Portfolio Managers. Her research efforts supported four of Sands Capital’s strategies—the Select Growth US Large-Cap Growth strategy (which was co-managed by Mr. Ricketts), the Global Growth strategy, the Emerging Markets strategy, and Sands Capital Ventures private equity strategy. 

Ms. Clark received her BSE from Princeton University (2013) in Operations Research & Financial Engineering with certificates in Engineering Management and Engineering Biology.
