PJ Zinsner
As an Associate Research Analyst and member of the Investment Team, PJ performs investment research and other discrete projects in support of the broader Investment Team’s due diligence processes on existing holdings and new opportunities.
PJ Zinsner joined Evolutionary Tree in July 2024 following his graduation from the Master of Accounting program at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. PJ also spent his undergraduate years at UNC Chapel Hill, graduating in 2023 with degrees in Economics (B.S.) and Mathematics (B.A.). While at UNC, PJ competed as a midfielder on the Men’s Lacrosse Team and excelled academically. He was recognized as a Top 10 Scholar Athlete in his graduating class and received the NCAA Elite 90 Award in 2021 for having the highest GPA out of the four teams playing in the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Semifinals.
Prior to joining Evolutionary Tree, PJ interned at Middleburg Communities, where he gained experience in financial modeling and research while analyzing multifamily real estate investments. As an Associate Research Analyst at Evolutionary Tree, PJ draws on his strong quantitative background in economics, math, and accounting to help tackle a growing number of data and model-related research projects.
